We went there last 2012 of September . I noticed that the weather is very humid but not that hot. it felt so sticky. We went there last feb 2013 and it was very hot around 30 or higher and more humid. We went there on april and it was average 33 degrees C everyday and more humid also. I think year round is hot like Philippines but higher humidity.
